The company undertakes a start-to-finish approach in the field of conferences.

This includes:

  • Booking the conference venue, programme ;  extending invitations to papers and speakers;
  • Renting furniture, food and services, AV aids;
  • Readying publicity materials, doing direct mailing, advertising and allied publicity activities.
  • Meeting, marketing event facets and signing-up corporate sponsorships to countervail the event costs and outlay.
  • Trading conference registrations and collecting registration fees.
  • Liaising with relevant government ministries, trade organizations and NGOs pre-event.
  • Preparation, including editing and printing of preprints and conference papers.
  • Travel and accommodation arrangements for delegates and speakers.
  • Liaising with government ministries and entertaining Heads and exercising necessary protocol management both prior and during the event.
  • Organization of receptions and dinners during events and entertainment.
  • Management of the event as it takes place including provision of necessary personnel and dealing with post-event payments, clearing of outstanding etc.
